If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the issue, process a refund, or offer credit for future LLP Filing services.
If you're dissatisfied with our service, please log in to your LLP Filing account using the email address from which the payment was made. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “forgot password” option to reset it.
Once logged in, select the service engagement that did not meet your expectations and choose "Not Satisfied." We will escalate the matter to the appropriate compliance manager to expedite the resolution. Please note that while we can address delays from our side, we cannot control delays on the Government’s side (such as MCA portal downtime) or issues related to incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by you.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. However, LLP Filing considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to our platform or professional service team is provided. The client assumes full responsibility for any further action and the final outcome of the service.
Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.
If you wish to change the service you ordered for another one, you can request this change within 7 days of your payment.
To request a refund, please log in to your LLP Filing account and select "Get Help" to initiate the process. Additionally, send an email to mohitjain@llpfilings.comwith the transaction details to start the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after all required information is received.
Once access to our service is provided, LLP Filing considers its obligation fulfilled. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted. LLP Filing will not be responsible for paying any penalties, additional MCA fees, or other costs incurred by the client during or after the service. We are not liable for the outcome or any additional costs related to the completion of services.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines for services due to factors beyond our control. For example, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) may reject filings for legal reasons unrelated to our service. Additionally, delays may occur due to government backlogs, MCA portal issues, or other regulatory platform downtimes, which are beyond our control.
Services rendered by independent associates or consultants affiliated with LLP Filing but not directly employed by us are also outside our guarantee or refund coverage. Any delays or issues caused by government agencies or external service providers cannot be used as a basis for requesting a refund.
LLP Filing shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, and other force majeure events. In such cases, LLP Filing is not liable for any delay or inability to fulfill its obligations.
This refund policy ensures clarity, transparency, and fairness for all clients while considering the unique nature of LLP compliance and filing services.
